That is a great video, It's amazing what a smile and a good attitude can do..thanks for sharing!!
When I don't feel like smiling, I put a pen between my teeth and walk around for a while. The forced fake smile actually puts me in the smiling mode! No kidding. It's great medicine, the smile.
