TWO YEARS

Adam Ross Cox
20 Feb 1983 - 18 March 2007
Dear Family and Friends,

Thank you so much for another year of love and support. I would like to report on some changes that have taken place over the past year.

Melissa has graduated from BYU, started working again and purchased a new car. She is looking for an apartment of her own but with the desire to stay within her current ward boundaries her search has proven unsuccessful as of yet.

Jon and Rebecca added a new member to their family, little Adam Ronald Cox, born in January. He is of course, adorable, and has the sweetest disposition, much like the uncle he is named after. I have to believe that Adam cared for little Adam before he arrived here and told his nephew all about the loving family that he was coming to.

Matt has been working hard at BYU, taking classes, teaching, and preparing for more travels to South America.

Pat is serving a mission in Oklahoma (actually in Texas right now but still within the mission boundaries!). He has found many opportunities to share his experience of two years ago with both members and investigators. He is definitely in the right place at the right time.

Fred and I are doing well. We have both had some issues with our health but nothing that we can't handle. The callings that have come to us (Fred as 1st Counselor in the Stake Presidency and Nanci as 1st Counselor in the Stake Relief Society) are time-consuming but wonderful learning experiences. We thoroughly enjoy the time we spend working with the members of the Stake.

We have all had many opportunities throughout the year to testify of the sealing power of the priesthood. We know we will be reunited with our dear Adam at some time in the future. We are grateful for the atonement of our Savior Jesus Christ that makes this reunion possible. We take one day at a time. Some days are fine, others aren't but our testimonies are strong and continue to grow.

Please know that we appreciate all of the kind words, memories and prayers that have been shared with us throughout the year. We love you all!
